Educational Support for IEP, 504s, & Academic Success
Navigating the school system can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re advocating for a child who learns or thinks differently. We’re here to make that process easier. Our Educational Empowerment Services guide you through IEP meetings, evaluations, accommodations, and school-based supports with clarity and confidence. We collaborate with parents, teachers, and school teams to make sure your child’s needs are understood and met—without you having to fight alone.
We translate school language into real language.
We prepare you for tough meetings.
We make sure your voice is heard.
And most importantly, we help create a plan that sets your child up for success.
Our Advocacy Services
At Path2Growth, our Special Education Advocacy Program is led by Dr. Samara Toussaint and Jackie Avione, both highly trained school psychologists with a deep passion for helping families feel seen, heard, and supported.
Together, they bring years of experience working inside schools, sitting at IEP tables, understanding how decisions are made, and—most importantly—supporting neurodivergent children who often fall through the cracks.
They know the system.
They understand the barriers.
And they are committed to helping families navigate a process that was not designed with them in mind, especially Black, Brown, immigrant, and neurodivergent families who are too often dismissed, misunderstood, or overlooked.
This is why our advocacy is different.
It’s not just about paperwork.
It’s about protecting your child’s potential and supporting your family’s wellness. We don’t want you to burnout trying to advocate for your child. You’re not imagining things. The system can sometimes feel like it’s working against you because sometimes it is!

“I left the school system because I couldn’t keep watching parents be dismissed, overwhelmed, and broken down by a system they don’t understand. One mother told me she was traumatized. No parent should ever have to feel trauma just to get help for their child.”
— Dr. Toussaint
